Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of poultry hatchery or poultry production experience
- Working knowledge of hatchery operations, incubation, and chick handling
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
