Amici Restaurant Group is looking for members to join our team! We first opened in 2007 and have been growing ever since. With two established locations in the area, a popular pizza truck, and full service catering, we are ready to take on new ventures and new staff! Bartender Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent drinking and dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate would be outgoing and customer focused while having the ability to converse with many different people to create a base of regular patrons. Prior bartending experience is required, along with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails, wine and beer. Compensation includes hourly pay and tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Be guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience to ensure repeat customers
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Positive and Outgoing attitude with excellent communication skills
- Team oriented and able to multi-task and help other staff as needed
- Knowledge of recipes, mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Fast Paced for a high-volume environment
- Able to reach and bend and frequently as well as lift up to 30 pounds
- Previous bartending experience required (Minimum 3 years preffered)
