Job Title: Manager, Strategic Advisory Integrator
Overview We are looking for a relationship-first leader to bridge the gap between our specialized Tax Advisory and CFO Services teams.

The Role You will be the strategic integrator. You must possess the business acumen to see the "big picture," the precision to ensure flawless execution, and the ability to build processes that make cross-functional collaboration effortless.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as the primary trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients. You are responsible for ensuring they feel understood, supported, and confident in their financial path.
- The Bridge (Tax & Finance): actively manage the flow of information between teams. Ensure tax strategies align with cash flow forecasts, and operational data informs tax planning. No silos.
- Outcome Over Output: Focus on the client’s business goals. Translate complex technical data into clear, actionable insights that save the client time and reduce operational burden.
- Process & Scalability: Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that ensure precision and facilitate smooth handoffs between the Tax and CFO teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 years in accounting, tax, or financial management with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Certification: CPA or equivalent professional certification (Required).
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills. You must be able to translate "Tax" into "Business" and build genuine rapport with clients.
- Mindset: You view tax and finance as a holistic ecosystem, not separate tasks. You value efficiency and clarity.
