Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Full-Time | San Jose, CA | Temporary Assignment (~13 weeks)
Pay: $60–$65/hour

What You'll Be Doing
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll play a key role in helping patients regain communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while improving their overall quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
- Providing skilled therapy services and ongoing reassessment
- Educating patients, families, and caregivers
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborating with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Advocating for patients and supporting successful discharge outcomes
- Participating in quality improvement and customer service initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing in CA
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- 1 year of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources preferred
- Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient-centered care
