Who We Are
We're a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families through compassionate, high-quality services. Big heart, high standards—that's our thing. We don't just provide services; we make sure they're delivered with consistency, care, and excellence.
The Role (Why You'll Love It)
We're looking for someone who notices everything—in a good way! The kind of person who catches the missing detail, asks the extra question, and quietly makes systems better behind the scenes.
As our Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll help ensure our programs stay compliant, efficient, and continuously improving. If you love turning "this works" into "this works even better," you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
- Review program documentation and client records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Monitor internal processes to keep services aligned with organizational and regulatory standards
- Analyze data and trends to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with program teams to strengthen workflows and documentation practices
- Support preparation for audits, site visits, and compliance reviews
- Track corrective action plans and follow through on resolutions
- Maintain organized reports that leadership can actually use
- Provide staff guidance on quality standards and best practices—without becoming the "compliance police"
What You Bring to the Table
- 2 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or program evaluation
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing the small stuff
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Confidence working with data, documentation, and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database or case management systems
Bonus Points If You…
- Have nonprofit, social services, or behavioral health experience
- Understand funder requirements or accreditation standards
- Have helped improve internal systems or create clearer processes
Why You'll Want to Be Here
- Your work directly supports better outcomes for children and families
- You'll join a collaborative team that truly cares
- You'll have the opportunity to improve systems that matter
