Your Impact
Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, you will:
- Mentor, coach, and develop physicians and advanced practice providers
- Support provider recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and privileging
- Improve quality metrics, clinical performance, and operational efficiency
- Lead quality improvement and strategic initiatives across multiple clinic sites
- Collaborate with nursing, behavioral health, operations, and executive leadership to strengthen integrated care
- Help guide Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) initiatives and clinical best practices
- Support special projects based on your interests, including medical education, homeless medicine, community outreach, and provider development
Compensation & Benefits
- $320,000–$340,000 base salary
- Up to $45,000 annual incentive
- $10,000 annual bilingual (Spanish) bonus

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or OB/GYN
- Minimum 2–4 years of physician leadership or supervisory experience
- Required: Experience in an FQHC or Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) environment
- Active California medical license (or eligible)
- Passion for mentoring providers, improving quality, and leading collaborative teams

Salary : $320,000 - $340,000
