As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact between prospective customers and our company. You will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with customers. You will be responsible for forging initial relationships, maintaining ongoing communications, and offering consistent customer service and sales support at all points of the sales process. You will learn proven techniques in sales, customer service, and customer relationship management to help you be successful in this role.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Initiate direct contact with prospective customers, listening to understand their needs, and presenting tailored solutions from our suite of product offerings
- Present and explain all available products thoroughly and accurately through direct outreach
- Build lasting relationships with customers through trust, transparency, and ongoing communications regarding customer service and sales support
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively and accurately communicate options to customers
- Use our CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of all sales transactions
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive customer information to ensure all sales transactions meet legal privacy regulations
Qualifications of an Entry Level Sales Representative:
- An associate’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- Previous experience in sales is a plus
- Bubbly, outgoing personality, able to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Goal-oriented individuals motivated to set and achieve goals on an ongoing basis
