Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an EKG Technician. The EKG Technician will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing EKG readings, assisting cardiologists in diagnosing heart conditions, and communicating effectively with patients and healthcare teams. Key responsibilities include performing telemetry monitoring, ensuring accurate data entry, and using medical terminology appropriately in patient records. The EKG Technician will also be expected to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- CCT and/or CRAT certification required with proficiency in Cardiac Monitoring and Telemetry
- Knowledge of Cardiology and Medical Terminology
- Strong Communication skills and ability to work remotely
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
