Position Summary
The HR Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role helps ensure smooth HR processes and delivers a positive experience for employees and candidates through timely, accurate, and professional administrative support. The position also assists other organizational operations as needed through various clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain digital and physical employee files, update HRIS records, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Prepare new hire packets, schedule orientations, collect required documents, and coordinate onboarding across
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Address and resolve administrative inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and provide referrals according to established procedures.
- Perform data entry and filing tasks related to confidential employee or departmental records.
- Prepare, copy, and assemble reports, correspondence, and materials for mailings, meetings, and other organizational needs.
- Support additional administrative duties as assigned.
