SENIOR ASSOCIATE TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST LIVE WHAT YOU WILL DO The Senior Associate Transportation Specialist is responsible for ensuring reliable, cost‑effective, and GDP‑compliant transportation of products to international locations, while working closely with logistics partners and internal stakeholders. The responsibilities of the role will include: Ensure GDP‑compliant and cost‑effective transportation to international (internal and external) locations Support and monitor the performance of transportation service providers Manage and improve operational transportation performance using KPIs Plan and manage distribution lanes using existing shipping solutions Identify transportation improvement opportunities and support process changes Own change controls related to Transportation Service Providers Work closely with Quality to ensure compliance with GMP/GDP standards Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in cross‑functional projects Support the implementation of cold chain and transportation solutions Help build and maintain Good Distribution Practices (GDP) WIN WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU Degree in Logistics, Business, Economics or a related area 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain Good understanding of GDP/GMP requirements Experience working with transportation providers or logistics partners Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work with KPIs, reporting and process improvements Very good English skills (written and spoken) Confident communicator, comfortable working with international stakeholders Proactive and well‑organized, able to manage multiple priorities Experience with MS Office and ERP systems Nice to have Experience in cold chain or biotech/pharma logistics Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) THRIVE WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT OF US As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also care deeply for our teammates’ well-being and growth.
