Senior Associate, U.S. Wealth Channel Marketing Programs
The Role: AMG is seeking a Senior Associate, U.S. Wealth Channel Marketing Programs, based out of Stamford, Connecticut. The Senior Associate will support the execution and implementation of integrated marketing programs across U.S. Wealth Channels, particularly with RIAs and Broker Dealer partners. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on coordination across multiple marketing channels, ensuring consistent messaging, advisor engagement, and alignment with business goals. Additionally, this role requires a strong understanding of advisor channels within U.S. Wealth, investment solutions, especially in private markets, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with AMG Affiliates and internal stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of integrated channel marketing programs across digital, email, print, paid media, events and more
- Maintain program calendars, timelines, and performance tracking across multiple initiatives
- Support lead generation and conversion strategies through targeted outreach and segmentation, and optimize program based on data-driven insights to improve ROI and engagement
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across program assets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Client Solutions, Affiliate Product Strategy, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure timely and compliant execution
- Uphold brand consistency and high standards across all marketing materials
- Manage workflows across marketing channels ensuring alignment with brand and program goals
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, Product, and Sales to ensure alignment and timely execution
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of U.S. wealth marketing experience within asset management
- Strong understanding of U.S. wealth management channels including RIA, broker/dealer and independent firms
- Knowledge of investment solutions preferred
- Track record of successfully managing and optimizing channel marketing programs
- Strong project management skills and experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Seismic, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Adobe, and more)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, Salesforce experience a plus
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization , Search Engine Marketing , and paid media advertising
