What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Technician position at AMG Resources?
AMG Resources is hiring an IT Support Technician!
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide help desk support via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
- Configure and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and user accounts
- Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and AVD-related tasks
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and mobile device issues
- Assist with critical business applications, security tools, and IT infrastructure support
- Create documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
We’re seeking someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and a desire to grow their IT career in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
• Azure experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
