AMG Research is a global market research company in the Pittsburgh area. We specialize in market research-based consulting for industrial, medical/healthcare, and consumer markets.
We are looking for a strong candidate to conduct telephone recruiting for market research surveys regarding various products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and recruiting qualified participants for a variety of market research studies. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring we gather meaningful insights by connecting the right people with the right research opportunities. This position does not involve any sales or telemarketing and is not commission-based. We provide paid on the job training.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and personable approach
- Strong active listening skills to accurately capture and understand participant responses
- Accurate typing/dictation skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate our internal database or online channels to effectively find and retrieve information
- A creative problem solver who is able to find solutions through outside of the box thinking.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Source and recruit participants for qualitative and quantitative research studies, including focus groups, interviews, and surveys Manage recruitment screeners to ensure participant criteria are met
- Help build and maintain our in-house databases to target for market research interviews
- Coordinate scheduling and communication with respondents Conduct telephone interviews following a scripted questionnaire and enter responses accurately into a computer system.
- Ensure all participant data is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations
Qualifications and Skills
- H.S./Equivalent - must be 18 years of age
- Successful, stable job history with good attendance record
- Customer service/phone experience is preferred, but not required
- Intermediate computer skills
- Job Types: Full-time
- Pay: $19.00 per hour

- This is not a remote position and will require coming into the office
AMG Research’s offices are not accessible by public transportation
