Currently, we have an opening for an Assistant Community Manager in the Greensboro area.
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for supporting the Community Manager in the daily administrative management of assigned homeowners associations (HOAs). This role assists with homeowner communications, vendor scheduling, compliance tracking, and administrative functions to ensure exceptional service to clients and residents.
Duties/Responsibilities:Community Support- Assist with homeowner communications, newsletters, notices, and community updates.
- Maintain accurate community records and administrative documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Community Manager as needed. Operations & Property Support
- Assist the Community Manager with scheduling maintenance requests and vendor appointments.
- Coordinate scheduling logistics and monitor completion of assigned work orders.
- Assist with routine community inspections and document property conditions.
- Track maintenance projects and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Support emergency response efforts by assisting with scheduling and coordinating vendor services as needed.
- Assist with budget preparation by gathering invoices, vendor proposals, and financial information.
- Process invoices and vendor documentation for approval.
- Monitor homeowner account inquiries and coordinate with the accounting department regarding assessments and collections.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical files.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other administrative documents for management. Resident Relations
- Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and management software.
- Assist residents with questions regarding governing documents, architectural requests, assessments, and community services.
- Escalate complex homeowner concerns to the Community Manager when appropriate.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents through responsive customer service. Portfolio Support
- Assist with managing multiple community associations while prioritizing competing deadlines.
- Utilize property management software to document homeowner communications, tasks, inspections, and projects.
- Support established service standards by ensuring timely followup on homeowner requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the homeowner experience. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 12 years of administrative, customer service, property management, or office management experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. The ideal candidate has:

Financial Management & Administrative Support
Compensation: $16/hr.-$20/hr., commensurate with experience.
