We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our Virtual Lending Team.

This is not a traditional branch environment. You will work in the office alongside your team, but all customer interactions are handled virtually through phone, text, email, and online channels. There is no face-to-face customer traffic.

Performance-Based Opportunities

We believe strong performance should be recognized. In addition to hourly compensation of $20.00-$24.00 per hour, Assistant Managers have opportunities to earn additional monthly incentives based on individual, team, and company performance.

Virtual Customer Environment

You will work from an office with your teammates, but your customers are served remotely.

That means:

· No customers walking into the office

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you will help lead daily operations, support the Manager, drive business performance, and help the team deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

· Assisting the Manager with day-to-day office operations and team performance

· Helping coach, support, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations

· Supporting loan growth through outbound customer outreach, business development, and follow-up

· Assisting customers with loan applications, required documentation, and loan closings

· Processing payments and accurately updating customer accounts

· Making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers

· Driving collection efforts and working with customers to resolve past-due balances

· Monitoring individual and team goals related to customer service, loan production, and collections

· Providing professional, friendly service and helping resolve escalated customer issues

· Maintaining accurate customer information and documentation

· Ensuring company policies, procedures, and state and federal requirements are followed

· Stepping in to support the Manager and office when additional leadership is needed

· Contributing to a positive, competitive, team-first culture

Who We're Looking For

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Strong leadership potential and the desire to advance into a Manager role

· Strong time-management and organizational skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

· Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

· Team-first mentality and willingness to accept coaching

· Attention to detail and a strong commitment to following policies and procedures

Experience in consumer finance, banking, lending, collections, sales, call centers, or customer service is strongly preferred. Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is helpful, but we will consider strong candidates who demonstrate leadership ability and the drive to grow.
