AMG Specialty Hospital - Houma seeks a Full Time Dietary Cook to perform assigned duties under the direct supervision of the Dietary Manager in a Hospital setting. Prepares patient and guest trays in compliance with dietary specifications prudent to all diets. Assist with tray line service for patients, employees and guests. Assures patients receive proper diets as ordered. Communicates with the Dietary Manager and the Registered Dietician on a regular basis to ensure trays are delivered at appropriate times with the appropriate diets. Cleans and sanitizes utensils, equipment, and station after each mealtime and as required, and performs cleaning duties within kitchen.

- Minimum of 1 year cooking experience within a Healthcare Facility
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Additional languages desirable.
