We are seeking a Digital Content Merchandiser to support the planning and execution of product detail page (PDP) content across major ecommerce retailers. This role sits within the Omni Digital Content & Creative team and focuses on digital content planning, product storytelling, and the end-to-end execution of PDPs.
The Digital Content Merchandiser ensures product listings are best-in-class, visually compelling, accurate, and aligned with brand standards while supporting successful product launches. The role will also leverage AI-powered tools to assist with product copy development, SEO optimization, and scalable content creation across multiple ecommerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Design and Digital Content teams to plan PDP imagery, infographics, and enhanced content
- Support the development of effective listing structures including image sequencing and feature callouts
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and retailer requirements
- Build and maintain product detail pages across retailer platforms
- Upload images, graphics, videos, and enhanced content to retailer portals
- Maintain consistency across product titles, descriptions, imagery, and product attributes
- Ensure listings are complete, accurate, and optimized for retailer standards
- Use AI-powered tools to assist in writing and optimizing product titles, bullet points, and descriptions
- Apply SEO best practices to improve product discoverability within retailer search environments
- Generate scalable product copy while maintaining brand voice and retailer compliance
- Identify opportunities to streamline content workflows through AI tools
- Coordinate digital content readiness for new product launches across ecommerce retailers
- Track listing status and ensure assets are implemented accurately and on schedule
- Work closely with Design and Digital teams to translate product features into compelling visual storytelling
- Support development and implementation of infographics and enhanced content that highlight product benefits
- Conduct regular on-site audits to ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and visually consistent across retailer platforms
- Ensure products are categorized correctly within retailer taxonomies to support discoverability
- Monitor competitor listings and creative execution to inform benchmarking and best practices across brands
- Partner with Sales and internal teams to support product launches and listing optimization
- Assist with ongoing updates and improvements to product pages
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, digital content management, or product page execution
- Experience working with major ecommerce retailer platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or Target
- Strong understanding of PDP structure and digital merchandising best practices
- Experience collaborating with creative, design, and product teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple launches and deadlines, using PM tools such as Airtable
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems such as Bynder, Salsify
- Strong attention to detail and visual presentation
Annual salary range starting at $70,000
