AMG Financial Services is a fast-growing nationwide brokerage helping individuals and families with life insurance and retirement planning. With over 100 agents across the country, we are expanding our recruiting team to support continued growth.

We are hiring an entry-level Recruiting Intern to handle the first step of our interview process with potential agents.

What You’ll Be Doing (Core Role)

· Take scheduled calls booked directly on your calendar (majority of your day)

· Conduct 20–30 minute initial phone interviews with candidates

· Lead structured conversations to:

o Understand what the candidate is looking for

o Explain what we do at AMG

o Determine if there’s a strong mutual fit

· Move qualified candidates to the next step in our 2–3 step process

· Schedule follow-up interviews with leadership

· Make some outbound calls to warm and cold candidates as needed

· Track notes and outcomes from each conversation

What This Role Is

· Primarily scheduled interview calls (not just cold calling)

· High phone activity role—you’ll be talking most of the day

· Structured conversations (we provide scripts training)

· You are the first impression of AMG
