AMG Acquisitions Inc., a sales and development firm, is seeking an AT&T Team Member to provide consultative support for AT&T’s premier mobile services. The AT&T Team Member will also be helping customers explore the latest smartphones and unlimited data plans. You'll then explain how 5G coverage, ActiveArmor security, and hotspot data come standard with all unlimited plans.
As an AT&T Team Member, you’ll help customers navigate AT&T’s mobile smartphones and 5G data plans with total confidence. The AT&T Team Member will also conduct reviews that help customers find the most reliable wireless solutions available. Through friendly and expert sales outreach, the AT&T Team Member builds the rapport necessary for a successful sales outcome.
Core Functions of the AT&T Team Member
- Support customers through n‑person conversations that introduce AT&T mobile solutions and data plans while driving clear sales opportunities.
- Guide customers through plan comparisons to help them choose the AT&T data tier that fits their daily usage and sales needs.
- Maintain steady sales communication during sales outreach to strengthen customer understanding and trust.
- Document customer preferences accurately to ensure clean AT&T plan updates and support future sales follow‑through.
- Assist customers with basic questions about smartphones and data options to reinforce confidence and sales momentum.
- Represent AT&T professionally during residential visits to build long‑term customer trust and repeat sales potential.
Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Team Member
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer support is a bonus, but not required.
- Listens actively to identify needs before offering solutions.
- Communicates clearly and confidently in everyday customer conversations.
