ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of the Global Dining Strategic Partnerships & Benefits team, the Analyst – Strategic Partnerships & Industry, will be responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing our strategic restaurant partnerships across the American Express and Resy dining business. This will include collaborating with and assisting various cross-functional stakeholders in launching and maintaining key restaurant partnerships, creating exciting dining benefits, and establishing experiences for Card Members around the world.
This role requires very close partnership across Resy and American Express including Marketing (B2B and B2C), Digital Product, Travel Lifestyle Services, Sales and Success, Global Consumer Services Group, Global Commercial Services, and external partners to execute a global strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Participate in prospective partner calls and sending follow up recaps
- Work closely with Success and Sales teams to help implement and track new partners for Global Dining Access
- Assist with dining partner management – over one hundred restaurant partner relationships and growing
- Update contract templates for new partners, send and follow up with partners to get the agreements finalized
- Help with Salesforce data management and organization
- Support on partner event opportunities – outreach, tracking, and accompanying contracts
- Maintain a Cardmember and Restaurant-forward approach – focused on delivery exceptional value and compassionate partnerships
Qualifications:
You have experience in a partnerships, public relations, or program management role
You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
You have the ability to work against tight deadlines and progress multiple projects simultaneously
You are confident to work in a global environment dealing with different stakeholders (marketing, digital product, customer service, GCO-General Cousel Office, compliance, and external partners)
You are able to drive results via influence
You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
You have a passion for dining and the hospitality industry
Bachelor's Degree Required
