This is a full-time on-site role based in Kansas City, MO, for a Mental Health Therapist. The therapist will provide individual and family therapy, develop treatment plans tailored to client needs, and deliver counseling services to support mental health and emotional well-being. The role also includes case management, collaborating with other professionals to coordinate client care, and participating in programs and activities that support families in achieving stability, recovery, and resilience. The therapist will work closely with families in a supportive community environment to promote holistic healing and progress.
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and developing individualized care strategies
- Background in Social Work, with an understanding of community and family systems
- Skills in Case Management, coordinating and managing client care effectively
- Experience in providing Mental Health services, counseling, and emotional support
- Expertise in Family Therapy to address family dynamics and promote healing
- Licensed or license-eligible in social work, counseling, or a related mental health field (e.g., LMSW, LSCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working with underserved populations and/or individuals with trauma or substance use backgrounds is preferred
