The Factory Service Technician will:
- Efficiently handle in-house troubleshooting, repair, and testing of customer instruments, while supporting colleagues with in-field issues.
- Provide technical assistance through phone, email, and other digital platforms, and report customer issues to leadership.
- Maintain accurate repair logs and issue Service Request Forms for necessary repairs.
- Stay updated on new techniques, work with other departments to support customers, and confirm scheduling for on-site services.

Factory Technician must have:
- High school diploma with an associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent military/work experience.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Basic electronic knowledge and dexterity in handling tools and equipment.
