Job Description
**Core Duties and Responsibilities Include:**
- **RMA Assistance:**Troubleshooting and repairing income RMA
- **Spare Parts:**Working with the parts team to assist with building
- **Travel:**All Technical Services and Support Technicians are
- **Installation and assembly of automated welding systems:**Install,
technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- **Maintenance and repair of automated welding systems:**Perform
functioning properly at customer locations.
- **Troubleshooting and diagnosis of automated welding systems:**Use
system functionality, identify errors, and pinpoint the root cause
of failures.
- **Prototyping and design:**Assist engineers in the design and
circuitry for existing equipment.
- **Documentation and reporting:**Record all work performed, including
reports and user manuals to describe the operation and
characteristics of systems.
- **Customer service:**Communicate with customers and collaborate with
updates. This also includes
taking phone calls and answering emails from customers with technical
issues and process questions.
