Amesbury Chevrolet is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is designed for motivated individuals looking for unlimited earning potential, offering $150,000 for top performers, along with paid on-the-job training.

Compensation structure:

· Weekly earnings: Guaranteed hourly wage plus overtime, direct commission and performance incentives

· Monthly Incentives: Additional performance and unit bonuses

· Long-term bonuses: Annual Christmas unit bonus and vacation pay calculated from your average total earnings rather than just a base rate.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer experience: Deliver first-class customer service

· Sales Consultation: Guide customers with vehicle selection, purchasing and delivery process

· Team collaboration: Work with team members to ensure a smooth customer transaction
