Auto Parts Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Auto Parts Consultant / Counter Representative to join our high-volume retail and wholesale parts department. In this role, you will play a key part in the department’s success by multitasking, prioritizing effectively, and managing your time well. You will provide excellent customer service, support both wholesale and retail customers, and ensure our world-class service technicians have the accurate parts they need to complete each job correctly.

Key Responsibilities
- Technician Support: Partner with service advisors and technicians to build accurate price quotes and deliver correct parts in a timely manner
- Customer Service: Professionally assist retail and/or wholesale customers via phone or in person
- Cataloging: Utilize electronic parts catalogs to accurately price and lookup parts
- Sourcing: Locate and execute emergency orders for out-of-stock items.
- Inventory Tracking: Track backorders; communicate inventory replenishment needs to the Manager
- Logistics: Assist with shipping/delivery process
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of automotive parts counter experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency using electronic parts cataloging systems
- Attributes: Trustworthy, Positive, Team-Player Attitude with multi-tasking capabilities
- Abilities: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and reach overhead shelves
- Requirements: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
