This could be a shared position with Sacred Heart in Boone, Iowa if the candidate chooses, which would then be a 0.9 to full time position. St. Cecilia’s is a 150 student, pre-K-7 program. Curriculum & Instruction: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet state standards while catering to diverse learning styles.
Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, positive, and productive learning environment that encourages student agency.
Assessment: Monitor student growth through formal and informal assessments; provide timely, constructive feedback.
