We are seeking an outgoing and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized banking solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for working with people, and a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you should be comfortable learning and using banking computer systems and Microsoft Office. With the right attitude, mindset, and drive to advance your skills, there may be the opportunity to grow this position into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers.
- Handle customer communications via phone, email, and online inquires.
- Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Answer and resolve customer questions.
- Multitask between customer interactions and daily tasks.
- Balance daily transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Open new accounts and complete file maintenance on existing accounts.
- Cross sell products and services when appropriate.
- Understand and promote electronic and mobile banking services.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses a High School Diploma or GED. 1-2 years of previous banking experience highly preferred. Customer service experience a plus.
Hours:
Regularly Monday - Friday, starting hours may vary either 7:30 a.m. or 8:15 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. Saturday morning rotation
