Iowa State Savings Bank is hiring a Loan Processor to support our lending team across a variety of functions while providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has excellent interpersonal skills. This is an in-person role based in Creston.
Responsibilities
- Set up and review loan files
- Monitor and maintain loan accounts for accuracy and compliance
- Input and update loan information in the core system
- Manage insurance updates and send past due and maturity notices
- Answer customer service calls and direct to correct department
- Support lenders with various requests and tasks
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of banking experience
- Loan experience preferred
Hours
Monday – Friday from 8:15 am – 4:30 pm
