What You'll Do
- Bridge the gap between design and construction teams for seamless project delivery.
- Analyze plans and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and verify site conditions.
- Develop and manage 3D models for preconstruction planning.
- Collaborate with owners, designers, and internal stakeholders to resolve design challenges.
- Assist with proposals, bid documents, and construction schedules.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and contract documentation.
- Provide constructability reviews and design clarifications.
- Support project layout and survey activities.
What We're Looking For
- Degree: Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: 1 year in highway heavy construction.
- Skills: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Trimble tools (Business Center, Siteworks, Earthworks), AGTEK, Civil 3D.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management.
- Positive, self-motivated attitude.
- Valid driver's license.
