- Assists coaching staff in running a competitive swim program.
- Attends all practices and has the ability to coach at an individual, small group, and team level.
- Models sports-like behavior and maintains appropriate conduct towards players, officials, and spectators.
- Follows and maintains knowledge of all District policies and procedures.
- Abides by strict confidentiality at all times.
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
- A current Iowa Department of Education coaching authorization.
- Concussion certification.
- Experience coaching swim at the high school level preferred.
- Create a sense of belonging and welcoming environment for all athletes, parents, and staff.
- Attend work on a consistent and punctual basis.

Work Schedule: 2-3 hours Monday-Friday for practice. Various nights and weekends are also required for meets.
