Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for students. This role is essential in facilitating effective classroom management, assisting with lesson planning, and providing quality childcare.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Maintain a positive and organized learning environment.
- Engage with students during activities to promote learning and development.
- Provide individualized support to students as needed
- Help supervise children during playtime, ensuring safety and engagement.
- Prepare classroom materials and resources for lessons.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare or an educational settings is preferred.
- Strong skills in classroom management.
- Ability to educate and engage young learners effectively.
