Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selection.
- Perform automotive diagnostics.
- Manage inventory control, including stocking shelves and organizing products.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and order fulfillment.
- Engage in negotiation with customers to facilitate sales and enhance customer loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in inventory management tasks.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote products and services effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the dealership environment.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, utilizing phone etiquette as necessary.
Experience
- Experience in automotive repair or service is preferred, along with familiarity with automotive diagnostics.
- Previous retail sales experience is essential, including knowledge of retail math and cashiering practices.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is an advantage.
