What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Pharmacy Tech position at Amery Hospital & Clinic?
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Pharmacy Technician will help file and fill
prescriptions, keep records and stock inventory of our retail pharmacy.
This person will also be responsible for dispensing medical
prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties. The Pharmacy
Technician must maintain and follow all state and federal regulations as
well as store and Pharmacy department policies and procedures. Must be
detail orientated, proficient with computers, possess excellent
communication and customer service skills as well as strong math
aptitude skills. Work Schedule: 0.825 FTE/33 hours weekly Monday -
Friday / 4 days a week Hours: 8:45 am-5:30pm Required Qualifications:
High School diploma Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the State
of Wisconsin Preferred Qualifications: Pharmacy Technician Certification
