JOB DESCRIPTION
The Inpatient Pharmacist provides established pharmaceutical services in the inpatient pharmacy.
Work Schedule:
- 0.8 FTE - 32 hours/week. May have the ability to accommodate a lesser FTE (down to a 0.4 FTE - 16 hours/week) for the right candidate.
- Monday through Friday daytime hours with weekend and holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree
- Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Minimum of one year hospital pharmacy experience
