What You’ll Do (DSP Responsibilities)
As a DSP, you will support individuals in their homes and in the community by helping with:
- Daily routines and independent living skills
- Meal prep, light housekeeping, and organization
- Community outings, appointments, and activities
- Personal care (as needed depending on case)
- Social support, confidence-building, and engagement
- Documentation using electronic systems (simple daily notes)
- Maintaining a safe and respectful environment

- Afternoon / evening shifts
- Community-based support hours
