Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support and supervision, including:
- Assisting with daily routines and evening schedule
- Providing companionship and positive engagement
- Supporting community activities and outings (as applicable)
- Meal prep assistance and light household support
- Promoting independence, safety, and personal goals
- Assisting with hygiene reminders and personal care (as needed)
- Documenting daily notes and reporting changes to the supervisor
- Following individualized support plans and maintaining professionalism
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Patient, calm, and respectful
- Comfortable working with an older individual
- Able to maintain structure and routine
- Strong communicator with families and supervisors
- Committed to providing high-quality care
- Must be 18
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to pass background checks
- DSP experience is a plus (but not required—we can train the right person)
- Must be able to work the full scheduled shift consistently
