Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our clinics. This role requires a proactive, organized, and service-oriented individual who can balance team leadership with operational oversight. The Practice Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, staff are supported, and client experiences remain exceptional. Main Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to clinical and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives.
- Leadership & Staff Management:
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Operational & Financial Oversight:
- Manage daily business operations, including budgeting, payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor key performance indicators to support financial goals and clinic growth.
- Client Service & Communication:
- Ensure a high standard of client service and satisfaction.
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
- Regulatory Compliance & Safety:
- Maintain compliance with all relevant veterinary regulations, safety standards, and clinic protocols.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients, patients, and staff.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in veterinary or medical practice management, or related leadership role.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Financial management experience including budgeting, reporting, and payroll.
- Familiarity with veterinary practice management software preferred.
