Lazy 3 Animal Care is a growing mixed-animal practice in the heart of Texas ranch country, and we’re looking for a Medical Director ready to step into a true leadership role—not just manage, but shape the future of the practice.

• Practice Type: Mixed Animal / General Practice
• Patient Volume: Busy, well-paced caseload
• Support: 3:1
• Case Mix: Companion animal livestock equine, including wellness, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care

• Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 production bonus
• $25K Sign-on Bonus
• DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program (on top of production)

What You’ll Bring

• DVM/VMD (or equivalent), licensed or eligible in Texas
• Strong clinical foundation across small and/or mixed animal medicine
• Leadership mindset with interest in mentoring and team development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
