What We're Looking For:
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people—you’ll spend your day speaking with pet owners, calming nerves, answering questions, and making connections.
- A strong communicator who is patient, empathetic, and positive.
- A team player who thrives in a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile.
- Previous experience in customer service or a veterinary/medical setting is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism—in person, by phone, and via email.
- Schedule appointments, manage records, and facilitate client communication with the medical team.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate billing.
- Be a calming presence and a helpful guide for clients during emotional or stressful situations.
- Support a positive, collaborative culture that values kindness and teamwork.
