About the Role
As a Title Assistant I, you’ll be the backbone of our title operations—supporting the Title Officer and team with research, documentation, and customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the real estate or title industry.
What You’ll Do
- Research property titles to verify ownership and identify encumbrances.
- Review and analyze title documents such as deeds and liens.
- Prepare and maintain accurate title documentation.
- Organize and file records in accordance with company procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks like data entry, scanning, and document review.
- Provide excellent customer service to client.
- Prepare title packages (profiles, policies and other title documents)
- Recording tasks
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- A customer-first mindset and a willingness to learn.
