What You’ll Do
- Manage residential, commercial, and national transactions
- Prepare and present closing documents
- Coordinate closings, recordings, and disbursements
- Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction
- Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations
- Perform notary duties and represent the company professionally
What You Bring
Three or more years of progressive experience in an escrow, title, or real estate environment, including at least two years carrying independent escrow files in an Escrow Officer capacity.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software
Valid Notary Commission and driver’s license
Strong communication and customer service skills
