2 – Line Apprentice. This role supports operators on the powder coat line by inspecting parts, assisting
with masking, and maintaining proper coating workflows.

with masking, and maintaining proper coating workflows.

Core Responsibilities
- Assist powder coat operators with racking and line setup.
- Mask and prep parts before coating.
- Inspect coated parts for coverage, defects, and quality standards.
- Assist with touch-up and rework under direction.
- Help maintain powder inventory and staging areas.
- Support packaging and movement of finished parts.
- Must follow all safety rules, including required PPE for the work area, and be able to safely lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Mechanical aptitude and desire to learn finishing processes.
- Ability to perform visual inspections with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hand tools and masking materials.
- Reliable team player with safety focus.
- 6–12 months of consistent quality support on the powder line.
- Completion of internal training milestones.
- Eligibility to move into Powder Coat Operator role.
