Inventory/Quality Control Specialist

This is a detail-heavy, computer-based role in a light warehouse environment. You’ll support our Operations Manager with inventory control, quality checks, and order fulfillment for surgical supplies and medical devices.

This role requires precision, accountability, and strong computer skills. You’ll be working with inventory systems, tracking lot numbers, and handling products where accuracy is critical.

Shift: Monday to Friday (8am-4:30pm)

Location: Southlake, Tx

Pay Rate: $18-20 p/h (Interview Based)

Duties

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory
• Perform strict quality control checks (packaging integrity, expiration dates, lot numbers)
• Accurately enter inventory into systems
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
• Pick, pack, and ship orders (small and large wholesale orders)
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse at all times
• Assist with operational tasks and process improvements
• Stay proactive — there is always something to improve or organize

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, inventory, or operations experience
• Experience using computer-based inventory systems
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Extremely detail-oriented — accuracy is critical
• Takes quality control seriously (you will handle medical devices)
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs
• Organized, reliable, and consistent
• Self-starter — does not wait to be told what to do
