AmeriTemps is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support a small medical instrument warehouse in Southlake, TX.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming medical instruments and supplies.
- Inspect packaging integrity, expiration dates, and lot numbers for accuracy.
- Accurately enter inventory into warehouse management systems.
- Organize inventory using FIFO and established warehouse procedures.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Label, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
- Operate barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation.
- Follow quality control, safety, and regulatory procedures.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
- Identify opportunities to improve organization and workflow.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 1 years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience.
- Experience using computerized inventory management systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Preferred
- Experience working with medical devices, surgical supplies, or regulated inventory.
- Experience using barcode scanners and warehouse management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
