We're looking for experienced outside sales representatives to join a residential water filtration program in the Sacramento area. If you have a proven track record in commission-based sales and you're ready for an opportunity where your effort directly determines your income — this is worth your time.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be conducting in-home consultations and closing residential water filtration sales throughout the Sacramento area. Leads are generated through Home Depot retail locations and door-to-door outreach — you're not starting from zero. The program is established, the process works, and there is a consistent flow of opportunities for the right person.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a flexible schedule.

COMPENSATION

  • $2,000 average commission per closed sale
  • Minimum expectation: 2 sales per week
  • No earnings cap — top performers earn well beyond the baseline
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus after your first 5 closed sales
  • 1099 independent contractor | flexible schedule

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of outside sales experience — required
  • Demonstrated closing ability in commission-only environments
  • Experience in solar, roofing, HVAC, home improvement, or in-home sales strongly preferred
  • High-ticket, one-call close experience a plus
  • Strong communication, objection handling, and follow-up skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish — significant advantage
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
  • Must pass background check

SCHEDULE

  • Minimum 4 days per week availability
  • Approximately 3 to 6 hours per working day
  • Consistent appointment follow-up and communication required

REQUISITOS

  • 2 años de experiencia en ventas externas — requerido
  • Capacidad de cierre demostrada en ambientes de solo comisión
  • Experiencia en solar, techos, HVAC, mejoras del hogar o ventas residenciales altamente preferida
  • Experiencia con ventas de alto valor y cierre en una sola visita es un plus

HORARIO

  • Disponibilidad mínima de 4 días por semana
  • Aproximadamente 3 a 6 horas por día laborable
