Key Responsibilities
- Inspect materials, products, and completed work for quality and consistency.
- Perform basic inspections, measurements, and quality tests using available tools and equipment.
- Compare products with company guidelines, samples, specifications, or instructions.
- Record inspection results, measurements, and any issues found.
- Report quality concerns and work with team members to help resolve them.
- Recheck products after corrections to make sure they meet requirements.
- Keep inspection records and other quality documents organized.
- Use a computer for basic data entry, reports, email, and quality records.
- Keep inspection tools clean and report any equipment problems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous quality control, manufacturing, production, or inspection experience is welcome but not required.
- Willingness to learn company procedures and quality standards.
- Comfortable using basic tools and a computer.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work well with others.
- No advanced technical background is required; training can be provided.

Salary Range: $78,000 – $150,000 annually
