AmeriTEK Global Inc is seeking an IT Bench Sales Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position in Piscataway, NJ. The IT Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing and marketing IT consultants on bench to potential clients and vendors. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new client opportunities, maintaining relationships with vendors, managing job requirements, sourcing candidates, and ensuring seamless communication between all parties. The role also involves negotiating contracts and rates, as well as tracking and reporting the status of candidates and job submissions.
- Experience in IT Bench Sales, marketing IT consultants, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies including ERP, Salesforce, Java, .NET, Big Data, and QA/Testing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and consultants.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and rate analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple job requirements while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Proficient in using job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field preferred.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
