What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling)
• Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team
• Confidently communicate the value of our products and services
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and comfort talking with homeowners
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Motivated, goal-driven mindset with a desire to grow
• Phone or sales experience is a plus — not required (We train the right person!)
  
  

Compensation & Perks

• $18/hr base pay performance bonuses
• Average team earnings: $22–$35/hr
• Top performers: $35–$50/hr
• Paid training and ongoing coaching
• Automatic performance review after 30 days
