Allied Stainless is seeking a dependable and experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Ball Ground, Georgia. This is a hands-on position for someone with previous warehouse experience who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (preferred).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation.
- Organize materials and keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
- Work closely with production and purchasing to ensure material availability.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Previous warehouse experience is required.
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems are a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
