Product Support Specialist

Position Qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to be insured under a company insurance plan.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Manage daily activities independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities and Standards:

• Work in conjunction with Product Specialist to generate quoted opportunities for company
• Research and understand configurations requested by clients
• Build and prepare product information and data for inventory systems and client deliverables
• Generate and work inside internal software systems
• Communicate with team members to deliver top solutions for clients
• Track status of product delivery and service progress for each opportunity with updates to Product Specialist
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
• Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories and their benefit to clients
• Supervise work of any entry level Product Support as assigned.
• Keep all work areas safe, neat and clean.
• Maintain and be accountable for all company-owned equipment, tools and manuals
• Marginal duties may be assigned

Physical:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment:

Work location is mostly indoors but moving vehicles in and out of the shops will be required. Noise ranges from moderate level to periods of exposure to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles being started and moved. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
